Prices for Mythic Rares in ISD+RTR Standard

After pulling a Helvault I was surprised to find out how low it is valued, and after pulling a Jace, Architect of Thought I was even more surprised to find out how high it is valued. I have been thinking of building decks with the many cards I have pulled, and especially around interesting junk Mythic Rares. I consider any Mythic Rare that sells for less than $5 a junk Mythic Rare given how difficult it is to pull one of these. Here is the list priced out from lowest to highest.

Most Mythic Rares are currently valued between $1 and $5, which is great for my inner Johnny.

 If we look at the sets and you bought all the Mythic Rares in a set, the latest set, RTR, of course, would cost you the most, and all because everyone wants to have a Jace, Architect of Thought. We also need to factor into the price that core set Mythic Rares can be reprints across multiple core sets. When we do the average price, the most current sets price for more: yes, trading cards as an asset go down in price, on average... and this is why playing Magic is a hobby and NOT an investment-for that, do what everyone else does: use established financial instruments.
