Here they are in no particular order. These are all rares and uncommons. I opened two packs from each set, with videos on YouTube for all. At the bottom of this post I have a quick analysis of the money yield for these packs, and what the "money" uncommons and rares are. Masques block came after the Urza block, and the latter was very much overpowered. I have read that the joke then was that a game was composed of the first draw step and the first round. There were enough broken mana-boosting cards (like Lotus Petal) to allow a player to have enough mana for a one-turn win (unbelievable!!!). Masques was issued thereafter and is very much underpowered. Actually, it seems like all of the Legacy border sets from Masques on are at a lower power level than Urza.
Charisma is one of the few "money" rares in Masques block.
I averaged the value of uncommons and rares in these three sets to come up with a rough money yield for these packs. The cards in older packs don't come out "pack fresh" because the wrapping is not designed to keep card in a archival-quality state. Any old packs you open will likely have cards with some edge wear and a slight bend. I think it is a good idea to rescue these cards from the pack packaging.
Here is how the uncommons and rares come out value-wise. Mercadian Masques has four cards at $8 or more, and that is why those packs cost more than the packs for Prophecy and Nemesis.
Here are the rares to be "on the look-out" for.
