Thragtusk and Restoration Angel continue to be a thing, especially with Voice of Resurgence. The dominant deck seems to be a variant of Red Deck Wins (RDW) using Boros Reckoner. Gruul decks with Domri Rade are also dominant. Orzhov aristocrats is another powerful deck.
The oldies-but-goodies are all still there, only in smaller numbers: Huntsmaster of the Fells, Bonfire of the Damned.
Liliana of the Veil is the top planeswalker.
It is no surprise that Doom Blade is finding lots of use.
