Infect in Blue

Interestingly, the theme deck for New Phyrexia with Infect is Blue and Green, and excludes Black. Here are the blue cards, with an added selection of non-Infect cards to make this mini-cube more playable.

And this is one of the most playable slow-down cards.

Its great to draw three cards, but for that with Vivisection you need to sacrifice a creature.

The remaining cards in this selection are either blue-playable (draw, slow-down, deny spell) or have Infect.
