[Modern] Jace Beleren and Proliferate

This deck has changed many times this July 4 weekend, and finally it is working. This is a casual deck, and against other casual decks it is a ton of fun. Once you have enough mana you are pumping your planeswalkers 2, 3, or 4 counters per turn!
