Here is how this combo works:
Serra Avatar's power and toughness are equal to your life's total. With Oath of Druids, you fill your graveyards with cards that give you life to Trostani, and then with Gaea's Blessing you reshuffle your graveyard into your deck. Rinse, repeat, for some gigantic life gain possibilities.
