Simic Online Deck in ISD+RTR Standard

I continue to find new homes for the nice range of blue, green, and black cards that I played with in ISD block, and as ISD block + M13. This deck as well as some others I am playing now have no or almost no RTR cards, and provide a fun foundation for decks in the near future as I get more RTR cards.
