From the sample of 509 standard online decks that were played during the first week of August, these are the ones that are Delver decks. All of these won 4-0 or 3-1 in online tournaments.
There are three variants of the first group that all share play sets of Delver of Secrets, Snapcaster Mage, Geist of Saint Traft, Seachrome Coast, Glacial Fortress and Ponder. The first sub-group (1a) also has complete play sets of Vapor Snag, Gitaxian Probe, and Restoration Angel. The second sub-group (1b) has the same six play sets as other decks in group one, but only three of Restoration Angel and three of Gut Shot. The third sub-group (1c) has the same play sets as other decks in group one but various combinations of incomplete and complete play sets of Vapor Snag, Gitaxian Probe, Restoration Angel, and Gut Shot. I have separated the cards in the main deck from those in the sideboard. The cards I list in the figure below are all in the main deck.
Here are the 1a decks. The number in the "row labels" column is a unique number I have given each deck. All of these decks played 8 or 9 Islands and one lone Plains.
Notice some of these decks had three of Blade Splicer in their sideboards.
I missed a few 1b decks the first go-around. Here is the first batch.
Here is the second batch of 1b decks.
Here are the 1c decks. Deck 109 was the only deck in this group to use any of Blade Splicer in the main deck.
Here is the second group. These decks either do not have a complete play set of Geist of Saint Traft or of Glacial Fortress. Deck 56 is the only one to not have four of Snapcaster Mage.
Here is the third group. Here are the play sets all of these decks share. Notice the absence of Geist of Saint Traft in the main deck.
Here is the fourth group. These do not have any Geist of Saint Traft, and complete playsets of Drogskol Captain.
Here is the fifth group.
All decks in the sixth group shared the following play sets.
All decks in the seventh group shared the following play sets.
