[Legacy] Tempest-heavy Elves and Wurms Coat of Arms deck.
This one is a lot of fun except when my opponent is playing a tribal deck. It is blue green because my helper blue package helps in Legacy. Blue is the color of Legacy except when playing Elves or Goblins.
