This deck can 'go Legacy' in Modern, with most of the deck on the board. Here I played a Snapcaster Mage/Young Pyromancer red blue deck. Early on it seemed like I was in trouble but my opponent had run out of cards at this point I had three critters on hand AND Slate of Ancestry.
With Nykthos and Garruk Primal Hunter (GPH), I am set for some serious card drawing.
New batch of critters onto the battlefield.
I even got to ultimate GPH.
And even the losses are fun. In the following game none of my card drawing engines showed up in 14 turns. That's variance for you.
